About
Hi, I'm Kasey, and I'm the baker behind BreadFlower. After baking traditional sourdough bread for eight years, a gluten intolerance required that I either give it up or create a gluten-free sourdough bread that I could stand behind. It was important that I create a bread that held up like it's glutinous counterpart, in both flavor and texture, and so BreadFlower gluten-free sourdough was born.

I bake in my State-certified home kitchen, and I maintain a gluten-free environment for myself and my customers. All products are made in a traditional way, slow-crafted with wild yeast for optimum digestibility, chewiness, and flavor.

"Breadflower loaves are such a treat! My favorite thing is a slice of tender, fresh bread, toasted and melting with butter, to go with a bowl of soup. The pizza crusts are awesome too, for a quick easy homemade dinner. Beyond taste, you will enjoy the care taken with a stunningly crafted, beautiful loaf."
